Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to shake some of that rust off before the upcoming baseball season starts! This winter the WAA will once again host age-specific indoor baseball workouts with professional instructors.
The sessions will take place Sunday mornings in January thru March at the Woodridge ARC and will include professional instructors.
These workouts will be free of charge but you MUST be registered for In-House Woodridge Baseball.
Workouts will focus on the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, base running and more. Sessions will be age-specific and will focus on the skills appropriate to each age group. All sessions will be limited to 24 players, except the 1/14 & 3/3 Instructional sessions that will be limited to 12 players per session and ask that an Instructional player is only registered for one of those sessions on each date.
